Eligible Sydney Metro orders may qualify for free delivery subject to the applicable minimum order value and postcode requirements.

Orders outside the eligible Sydney Metro area may require delivery by a third-party freight provider.

Where shipping cannot be automatically calculated, the applicable shipping cost may be confirmed separately before dispatch.

Delivery times provided are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products and incorrect orders are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
